AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Missouri. You’ll engage customers with a consultative approach, helping them choose from AT&T’s latest devices and services, while building relationships in-store and online.

You’ll participate in community events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Expect a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with two weeks’ notice for seniority-based shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching provided to help meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls.
• Adhere to a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance schedules.
