Job summary

AT&T in Rolla, MO is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through options with a consultative approach on the sales floor. You will participate in community events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to current and potential customers.

You’ll work a flexible schedule 9am–9pm including weekends, with commission opportunities and training provided to help you meet and exceed goals. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and earnings include uncapped

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through product options with a consultative sales approach.
• Be part of the community through events and outbound calls to customers.
• Fill online orders and handle customer inquiries on a timely basis.
• Work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends; 2 weeks’ advance notice for shift changes.
• Take advantage of coaching and tools provided to meet and exceed goals.
