Job summary

AT&T in Colorado is seeking a results-oriented Retail Sales Consultant to drive sales and build meaningful connections with customers using our full suite of wireless products and services.

You will operate on a consultative basis, meeting daily targets while participating in community events, handling online orders, and making outbound calls to expand our customer base. Training and coaching are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Training and coaching provided to help you meet goals.
• Schedule includes weekdays and weekends with 9am–9pm shifts.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Participate in community events and promote AT&T products and services.
• Work toward meeting and exceeding sales targets with support from training.
• Attend to customers on a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends.
