Job summary

Doyles Sheehan is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant for the Seattle Metro Area to serve as the primary link between our wholesale distribution center and local retailers. You will drive in-market presence, manage accounts, and support customers with orders and product knowledge.

You should have grocery industry experience, be tech-savvy, and comfortable traveling daily within your region to visit stores, take orders, and coordinate promotional events. This is not a remote role.

Qualifications

• Background in the grocery industry or a related field.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient with software and technology to manage orders and sales calls.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Willing to travel daily to customer locations within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management: Call on customers to take orders, present new items, and check for stock.
• Business development: Research potential customers and conduct cold calls to expand footprint in the region.
• Marketing execution: Coordinate promotional events, educate store staff on products, and manage on-site shelf labels and store sets.
• Logistics & reporting: Maintain sales route sheets, update price lists, and review accounts receivable for your clients.

Retail Sales Consultant – Seattle Metro Area

Earnings & Financial Rewards

• Base Wage: $75,000 - $85,000 annually D.O.E.

• Total Target Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 per year.

• Performance Bonus: Eligible for bonuses based on individual achievement and team success.

• Location: Must live in the Seattle Metro Area. This is not a remote position.

The Daily Impact

You will manage a dedicated geographic territory, ensuring our products are well-represented and our customers are supported.

• Relationship Management: Call on customers to take orders, present new items, and check for out-of-stock products.

Who You Are

• Experienced: You have a background in the grocery industry or a related field.

Pre-Employment Requirements
