The Utah Department Of Alcoholic Beverage Services (DABS) in Moab is seeking a Customer Service Associate for a full-time, in-office position at 963 Main Street. You will earn $20.02 per hour with Sundays and state/federal holidays off in a stable government-retail environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, verifying IDs, processing transactions, stocking and merchandising, and assisting with store operations during peak times.

Formación

• Age 21 or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule; shifts Mon–Sat 8:00–23:00.
• Pass criminal background check.
• Clear, effective communication.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers, help with product selection, share product knowledge.
• Verify IDs, screen for intoxication, maintain safety and loss prevention.
• Process transactions accurately; handle cash/card payments; balance till.
• Receive, inspect, store, and display merchandise; fill wholesale liquor orders.
• Keep store clean, safe, and orderly; assist with peak times and light maintenance.
