Job summary

FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loan transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

Earned wage access is available, and you can earn additional commission on top of hourly pay. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and a 401(k) program, plus tuition reimbursement and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Cash handling and basic math skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, drive sales and process transactions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions in accordance with store policies.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and display merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
