FirstCash is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our pawn store network. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help maintain an appealing store floor while delivering outstanding service.

Compensation includes $10.00 to $13.00 per hour plus commissions on transactions; Earned Wage Access after the 2nd day; benefits cover medical, dental, vision, life, and 401k, with vacation and sick time, discounts, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role in retail.
