Job summary

FirstCash is hiring for a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in our pawn store network. Earn an hourly base plus commission on transactions, with access to Earned Wage Access and a comprehensive benefits package.

The role requires in-person customer service, cash handling, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. Training is provided, and advancement opportunities exist within a nationwide store network.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales and loan transactions.

• Operate POS systems and handle cash securely per policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a positive customer experience.
