FirstCash is hiring Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our pawn store locations nationwide. The role offers an hourly wage of $11.00–$13.00 plus commission on transactions and a range of employee benefits. You will engage customers, process sales and loans, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
