Job summary
Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You will assist customers, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and displays in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to read, understand and speak English at an 8th-grade level.
- Basic math and POS skills required.
Responsibilities
- Meet company customer service standards.
- Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
- Adhere to laws and regulations regarding sale of government regulated products.
- Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior.
- Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
- Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
- Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
- Other duties as assigned.
