FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associate for our pawn store locations nationwide. The role offers hourly pay plus commission on transactions, with benefits and employee programs.

You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and work with jewelry and general merchandise. This position emphasizes customer service and sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, standing, walking, etc.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Flexible retail schedule to include weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and recommend financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures.
• Keep sales floor clean and stocked, display merchandise.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per policies and procedures.
• Answer calls per company standards.
• Provide clear explanations of pawn and buy transactions.
