FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Greenville, SC. Earn $10.00–$13.00 per hour plus unlimited commission and comprehensive benefits.

You’ll help customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. Responsibilities include processing transactions, explaining loan terms, and supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with retail checkout systems a plus.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Assist customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
