FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Charlotte, NC. Earn $14.00–$17.50 per hour plus unlimited commission as you help customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries in a fast-paced pawn and retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain loan terms and complete paperwork to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to aid buying and loans.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
