Hours are up to 29 per week with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The pay range is $15.00–$16.00 per hour, USD, with pay determined by qualifications and location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in a customer-centric environment.
• Willingness to work up to 29 hours/week with a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand for the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and share product features to help each customer find the right YETI product for their pursuits.
• Operate with a high degree of initiative and work well in a team environment.
• Communicate positively and effectively with customers and teammates.

Qualifications & Attributes

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a customer‑centric environment.
• Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability.
• Ability to work up to 29 hours per week with a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old and currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without employer sponsorship.
• Must be able to lift, bend, open, and move up to 50 pounds and stand for the entire shift.

Pay

$15.00 – $16.00 hourly USD. Pay is based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) will be met, as required by city, county, and state law.
