The Role

Rowan is a California modern-heritage apparel brand built on quality, craftsmanship, and connection. Each of our stores are intentionally built around a loyal and engaged local community and we are looking for people-first team members to grow with us.

This isn't a sale or retail job. It's a hospitality job that happens to involve product. If you've thrived behind a coffee bar, a hotel front desk, a restaurant floor, or a boutique fitting room and people naturally trust and open up to you, we want to talk.

Compensation

• $20–$24/hour base (based on experience) + 3% commission
• Employee wardrobe incentives
• Real growth path into senior client advisor and leadership roles as we expand

What You'll Do
