Qualifications

• Experience in fashion, styling, or specialty retail.
• Natural stylist with a strong eye for creating effortless, personal looks.
• Curious, creative, personable, and genuinely interested in people.
• Experience with clienteling, social media, content creation, marketing, or community engagement is a plus.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial, with a desire to build something meaningful.
• Leadership experience is welcomed, but not required.
• Motivated by both personal performance and the success of the team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, hospitality-driven experience that feels personal and distinctly Rowan.
• Style with intention, creating complete looks that bring the Rowan lifestyle to life.
• Build and grow a personal client book through thoughtful outreach, appointments, events, and remote selling.
• Lead by example on the sales floor through strong selling, product knowledge, clienteling, and service.
• Support and inspire the team through collaboration, sharing ideas, and leading by example.
• Partner with the Store Director on local marketing, events, community initiatives, and brand activations.
• Contribute to social media and content creation that authentically tells the Rowan story.
• Represent Rowan as a brand ambassador both inside and outside the store.
