Job summary

SSA Consulting Group is seeking a part-time Retail Associate in Haleʻiwa, HI. You will assist guests, stock merchandise, process transactions, and support store operations while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, reliability, and the ability to work varied hours including evenings and weekends. Prior POS experience is a plus, and teamwork is essential in this fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Thrive in a team environment while being able to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions.
• Computer knowledge and skill level basic POS systems, and Excel.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (10-35lbs).
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill guest’s needs quickly and efficiently.
• Inform retail leadership when item quantities are low or for special requests; work with warehouse to pull and fill items.
• Relay customer feedback to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Perform SSA EXTRA Guest Service steps to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Stock supplies in counter area and displays neatly and timely.
• Keep counter and floor clean and debris-free.
• Maintain balanced cash drawer as assigned.
• Merchandise products to maximize sales and promote promotions.
• Support sustainability and community engagement efforts.
