Job summary

HouseMart is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Honolulu, HI. You will deliver exceptional customer service, help maintain clean and shoppable stores, and support merchandising efforts. This role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, plus strong communication and teamwork.

Prior retail or cash-handling experience is preferred. Being comfortable with basic computer systems and two-way radios is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Retail, and Cash Handling experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• General knowledge and experience with computer systems and two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greets every customer and provides personalized assistance.
• Store Visuals and Merchandising: Assists in displays and presentation of merchandise.
• Sales and Product Knowledge: Builds loyalty through suggestive selling and product knowledge.
• Inventory: Perform weekly counts and handle register transactions to maintain inventory.
• Safety and Security: Works safely and practices prevention methods.
