Job summary

Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to provide friendly, fast, accurate customer service while supporting daily store operations. You will assist customers on the sales floor, operate the cash register, accept donations, and process merchandise using the Kaizen system.

The role is cross-trained in multiple areas, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shopping environment and supporting donation processing and backroom functions as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers and assist on the sales floor; maintain checkout efficiency.
• Operate cash register; process sales; accept payments; bag merchandise; round up purchases as requested.
• Accept donations; provide receipts; assist donors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Merchandise displays and maintain safe aisles and walking surfaces.
• Meet or exceed production goals by processing merchandise and supporting improvements.
