FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in Marietta, Georgia. The role involves engaging with customers, processing sales and loans, and ensuring a positive customer experience in our pawn store.
Ideal candidates should have a High School Diploma, customer service skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We offer competitive pay from $14 to $17 per hour, plus commission opportunities and various perks.
$14.00 to $17.00 per hour
Commission structure pays you for every transaction processed. Retail sales associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, potentially an additional $1.00 per hour on top of the hourly rate.
We are seeking entry‑level, part‑time sales associates for pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides. The associate greets, engages, and interacts with customers to process sales, loans, and other transactions, working with a wide variety of jewelry and general merchandise.

The commission incentive plan is proprietary to FirstCash. Pawnbrokers may earn 2–8% commission based on gross profit of personal performance. Details are provided during the interview.
