Position Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! Customer Service
• Complete assigned store tasks promptly
• Operate cash registers following cash handling procedures
• Follow company policies and loss prevention protocols
• Maintain a safe work environment with PPE
• Keep store appearance and merchandising standards
• Restock and organize merchandise
• Use ZNET to assist customers in locating products or alternatives
• Maintain product knowledge and current promotions
• Assist with installing wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs
• Use OBDII to read vehicle codes
• Diagnose automobile issues and suggest solutions
• Communicate with managers about customer concerns and employee matters
• Develop effective customer service skills
• Offer honest advice on products fitting customer needs

Position Requirements

• Applicants must be 18 or older with a High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic automotive parts knowledge required
