Responsibilities include assisting customers, performing daily duties, and adhering to company procedures, embodying AutoZone's Living the Pledge.

Position Responsibilities

1. Provide WOW! Customer Service
2. Complete assigned store tasks promptly during your shift
3. Operate cash registers following cash handling procedures
4. Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures
5. Maintain a safe working environment, including PPE
6. Keep store appearance and merchandising standards
7. Restock and organize merchandise
8. Use ZNET to assist customers in locating merchandise or alternatives
9. Stay informed on products and promotions via AutoZone systems
10. Assist with installing wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs, practicing GOTTChA
11. Use OBDII to read vehicle codes and diagnose automotive problems
12. Communicate customer concerns and employee matters with managers
13. Engage in developing customer service skills
14. Offer honest advice to customers about suitable products

Position Requirements
