As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for all aspects of the customer experience across multiple business channels, including:

• Engaging with customers from greeting to post-sale follow-up
• Demonstrating effective selling techniques
• Participating in team selling to meet sales goals
• Assisting with visual merchandising and store projects
• Handling transactions at the cash register

Physical Requirements:

• Standing and walking for most of the shift, lifting up to 50 lbs., and other physical tasks
