Responsibilities include assisting customers, performing daily duties, and adhering to company procedures, embodying AutoZone's Living the Pledge.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! Customer Service
• Complete assigned store tasks promptly
• Operate cash registers and handle cash following procedures
• Follow company policies and loss prevention measures
• Maintain a safe environment, including PPE usage
• Keep store appearance and merchandising standards
• Restock and organize merchandise
• Use ZNET to assist customers in locating or finding alternatives for merchandise
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions
• Assist with installing wipers, batteries, and light bulbs, practicing GOTTChA
• Use OBDII to read vehicle codes and diagnose issues
• Recommend solutions for automobile problems
• Communicate customer concerns and employee issues to management
• Engage in developing customer service skills
• Provide honest advice on products fitting customer needs

Position Requirements
