As a Brand Associate, you are an integral part of our team, bringing our brand to life for customers. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers, providing excellent service to foster brand loyalty, and using your product knowledge to educate, inform, and inspire customers. Collaborating with your leadership team, you will deliver a top-tier customer experience through an omni-channel approach.

What You'll Do
  • Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect, contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
  • Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling techniques.
  • Enhance the customer experience utilizing all omnichannel offerings.
  • Meet personal goals that contribute to overall store success.
  • Support sales floor operations, including fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house as needed.
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and clean work environment.
  • Handle customer interactions, issues, and returns courteously and professionally.
  • Execute operational processes efficiently and effectively.
