Position Overview

The Brand Ambassador - Experience is responsible for creating engaging customer journeys, demonstrating Canadian Warmth, building authentic relationships, driving sales, and embodying our values and culture.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver superior customer service reflecting Canadian Warmth.
• Provide product recommendations based on expert knowledge.
• Drive sales through effective selling behaviors and introducing new categories.
