WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Our Part-Time Sales Associates bring our mission to life in the store. They are the face of the Hallmark brand and are essential to our success, engaging with shoppers to help them find and build the perfect card and gift solutions for various occasions.

THE PART-TIME SALES ASSOCIATE DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Delivering an exceptional shopping experience that inspires guests, encourages connection, and promotes repeat visits.
• Making product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
• Working collaboratively to achieve store goals.
• Performing operational activities such as setting displays, stocking, preparing online orders, and cashiering.

YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:

Basic Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age and able to meet work permit requirements if applicable.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk continuously; push/pull; bend/stoop/crawl/reach; climb ladders; and lift up to 40 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-focused with effective communication skills.
• Sense of urgency, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Comfort with technology and computers.
