The ideal candidate is sales-focused, detail-oriented, and willing to train and develop teammates. Requires 3+ years retail experience and weekend/holiday availability to support growth

Lead Sales Performance

• Drive individual and team sales results.
• Coach and develop sales associates on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Follow up on customer quotes, special orders, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, designers, and repeat customers.

Deliver an Amazing Customer Experience

• Provide expert guidance on high end outdoorfurniture, umbrellas, fire pits, grillsand accessories.
• Ensure every customer receives friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Create a welcoming and engaging shopping environment.

Support and Develop the Team

• Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Assist with scheduling and daily staff management.
• Conduct product knowledge and sales training.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on service and results.

Store Operations & Merchandising

• Maintain attractive showroom displays and merchandising standards.
• Ensure pricing, signage, and promotional materials are accurate.
• Assist with inventory management, receiving, and cycle counts.
• Partner with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What We’re Looking For
