Job summary

Batteries Plus is seeking a Store Associate to greet customers, share product knowledge, handle transactions, and support daily operations. You’ll help customers find solutions, explain promotions, test batteries, install, and rebuild when needed.

You will stock displays, assist with safety and PPE, and contribute to a friendly, efficient store environment. A high school diploma and customer service experience are a plus, with the ability to lift 50 lbs and operate a register.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Team player with professionalism, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and cash register operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform regular standing, walking, and hands-on tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Starting Pay: $15.75/hour
