Job summary

Batteries Plus is hiring a Store Associate in Monona, WI. You will greet customers, assess needs, recommend products, and explain promotions while supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires teamwork, basic math, and cash handling with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Valid driver’s license is advantageous and PPE is provided.

• Follow all safety rules and wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

From providing product knowledge and technical support to keeping the store running smoothly, you'll play an essential role in creating positive customer experiences while supporting daily operations.

Starting Pay: $15.75/hour

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.

• Assist with technical services, including battery testing, installation, and rebuilds.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Team player with professionalism, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and cash register operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform regular standing, walking, and hands-on tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
