Job summary

Batteries Plus is seeking a Store Associate to greet customers, diagnose needs, and guide them to the best battery and power solutions in a fast-paced store environment.

You will handle transactions, assist with basic technical services like testing and installation, and maintain organized displays while keeping safety standards with PPE. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer-first service in a physical retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Team player with professionalism, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and cash register operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform regular standing, walking, and hands-on tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
