Job summary

Batteries Plus in Oshkosh, Wisconsin is hiring a Store Associate to be the face of our brand. You’ll greet customers, assess needs, explain promotions and warranties, and help guests find the right power solutions for everyday life.

In this role you’ll perform transactions, operate the register, stock and display products, assist with battery testing and installation, and keep the store clean and safe. A customer‑first mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Team player with professionalism, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and cash register operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform regular standing, walking, and hands-on tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
