Job summary

Batteries Plus in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking a Store Associate to greet customers, provide product knowledge, and support daily store operations.

You will assist with basic battery testing and installation, stock displays, and help maintain a safe, clean environment while delivering a positive customer experience.

Starting pay is $15.25 per hour, with competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Team player with professionalism, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and cash register operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform regular standing, walking, and hands-on tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
