Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Akron, OH. The role promotes AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products while assisting customers with travel planning and managing Roadside Assistance calls.

You will contribute to team operations through cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed. A high school diploma is required, and prior sales experience is a plus; notary status or willingness to obtain it is expected within 6 months.

• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Basic geography knowledge is a plus.

Hourly Pay: $15.54 – $20.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.

Monthly Incentive Opportunity: Average $162 – $389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance.

Schedule You’ll Love: Monday 9AM to 6PM, Tuesday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM, and Saturday, 9AM to 12PM; 37.5 Hour Work Week No late nights. No Sundays!

Work-Life Balance: Up to 3 weeks PTO accrued in your first year!

What You’ll Do as a Retail Sales Associate

• Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day
• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed
