Job summary

AAA Club Alliance seeks a Retail Sales Associate to promote memberships, assist travelers with planning, and handle Roadside Assistance calls. You’ll support daily operations, including cashiering and ID services, in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, strong communication, and the flexibility to obtain a notary license if needed. This full-time role offers benefits and opportunities to grow within a trusted national brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills; build trust and explain value.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Basic geography knowledge is a plus.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screenings including criminal, drug, and vendor-specific screenings.
• Ability to obtain necessary Membership licenses as required to perform essential functions.

Responsibilities

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Monthly Incentive Opportunity: Average $162 – $389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance. Schedule You’ll Love: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM, and Saturday, 9AM to 2PM; 37.5 Hour Work Week No late nights. No Sundays! Work-Life Balance: Up to 3 weeks PTO accrued in your first year!

What You’ll Do as a Retail Sales Associate

• Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day
• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed
