Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to promote memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products while helping customers with travel planning and related services. The role includes assisting with roadside assistance and supporting cashiering and ID services in a high-energy environment.

Full-time position offering comprehensive benefits, a 37.5 hour week, and a schedule with weekdays plus Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Previous sales experience a plus.
• Basic geography knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Respond to Roadside Assistance inquiries throughout the day.
• Support team operations with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed.

Monthly Incentive Opportunity: Average $162 – $389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance. Schedule You’ll Love: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5:30PM, and Saturday, 9AM to 1PM; 37.5 Hour Work Week No late nights. No Sundays! Work-Life Balance: Up to 3 weeks PTO accrued in your first year!

What You’ll Do as a Retail Sales Associate

You will play an important role in delivering value to AAA members while supporting overall sales performance:

• Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day
• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed

What Makes You a Great Fit

High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication skills - you can build trust and explain value clearly Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment Previous sales experience is a plus Basic geography knowledge is a plus Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment. Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings. This may include the ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position.
