AAA Club Alliance in North Canton, OH is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver value to AAA members by promoting memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products while assisting customers with travel planning.

You will respond to calls, support cashiering and ID services, and contribute to team operations. A high school diploma is required, strong communication, and comfort with multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed.

Hourly Pay

Work That Rewards You, In More Ways Than One Hourly Pay: $14.73 – $18.84. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.

Monthly Incentive Opportunity

Monthly Incentive Opportunity: Average $162 – $389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance.

Monday,9AM to 6PM Tuesday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM, and Saturday, 9AM to 12PM; 37.5 Hour Work Week No late nights. No Sundays!

What You’ll Do as a Retail Sales Associate

You will play an important role in delivering value to AAA members while supporting overall sales performance:

• Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages

What Makes You a Great Fit

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills - you can build trust and explain value clearly
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Basic geography knowledge is a plus
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment.

Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings. This may include the ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position.
