Columbus Worthington Air seeks a sales-focused team member to engage shoppers in-store, educate them on HVAC services, and generate qualified leads for in-home consultations. The role supports promotions and maintains a professional ARS presence within the retail environment.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available in Dublin, OH, with pay structure featuring hourly base plus uncapped commission, and weekly direct deposit pay. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Weekend availability and ability to work some holidays.

Responsibilities
