Columbus Worthington Air is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Marysville, OH. Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

You will engage shoppers, educate them on HVAC and plumbing options, generate qualified leads, and schedule in-home consultations. Earn hourly pay plus uncapped commission, with weekly direct-deposit pay and paid training.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities
