Job summary

Carter's Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers and help them with our baby apparel lines, features and promotions.

In a busy retail environment you will resolve issues, assist with omnichannel shopping, complete POS transactions, restock floor, and promote the Carter’s loyalty program while maintaining a safe, welcoming store.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and features.
• Resolve issues proactively in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite POS transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and the Carter’s loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by delivering excellent service and maintaining a clean store.
