Carter's Retail Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, explain our baby essentials, and help families prepare for school and daily moments with warmth and care.

In a busy retail setting, you will resolve questions, support omnichannel shopping, and process transactions at the register. We value teamwork, flexibility, and a welcoming atmosphere that helps everyone feel at home.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in retail preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits
• Resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Execute and expedite point of sale transactions
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store
