Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain product styles and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues in a busy environment, balancing several customers at once.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and speed up point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and the brand loyalty program including credit.
• Minimize store loss by maintaining a safe, clean store.
