Palm Beach Tan is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced salon where you help customers look and feel their best. You will greet clients, educate them on tanning services, and drive sales by meeting targets.

Applicants should enjoy helping people, communicate clearly, and be reliable with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities
