Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced salon where you help customers look and feel their best. You will greet customers, explain tanning services and skin care options, and build lasting relationships to encourage membership and repeat visits.

You will drive sales, process transactions using POS, and keep the salon clean and welcoming while meeting daily targets. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with a flexible schedule including

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with customer focus.
• Goal-oriented and able to meet sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits.
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
