Palm Beach Tan is seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced salon environment. You will help customers choose tanning services and memberships, drive sales, and provide excellent service to ensure repeat visits.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a positive, energetic attitude. The role requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits.
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
