New Balance in Vineland, FL is seeking Retail Sales Associates to provide exemplary customer service, explain features, and help customers find the right NB products. You will operate the sales floor with product knowledge, assist with transactions, and reinforce a positive brand experience.

You will also participate in merchandising, maintain an inviting, well-stocked store, and support safety procedures. Weekend/holiday flexibility is required to meet business needs.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to quickly perform basic math.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 4 lbs frequently; lift up to 8 lbs occasionally; kneel/squat frequently; move boxes up to 50 lbs; stand for long periods; climb ladders and stairs as needed.
