Job summary

Dick's Sporting Goods in Texas is seeking teammates to greet customers, proactively understand their needs, and support a smooth shopping experience while upholding merchandising standards, floor sets, signage, and price changes.

You will promote loyalty programs and warranty sales, follow safety and loss-prevention policies, create an inclusive, welcoming store environment, and take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
