Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver outstanding service in our retail environment. You will process sales and assist customers with financing, while maintaining accurate cash handling practices.

This role emphasizes meeting sales goals and working collaboratively with team members to open and close store operations. Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, be 18+, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
