Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer service associate in the United States to deliver outstanding service, accurately process sales orders, and help the store meet its daily and KPI goals.

The position requires at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. We offer competitive benefits, PTO, health coverage, and opportunities for growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Address customer concerns independently whenever possible.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities.
