Job summary

RedLion Mobile is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to join our in-store team in Georgetown, Texas. You will engage customers, recommend mobile and internet products, upsell services, and work toward sales and commission goals in a fast-paced retail setting.

Pay is $13/hour plus monthly commissions, with total compensation estimated at $45,000–$65,000 annually. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, full-time hours (~40/week), and ability to stand, lift up to 35 lbs, and work

• Must have at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience selling products, services, upgrades, or add-ons. Wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales experience is strongly preferred.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.

• Must be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation.
